Eighty Volvo B12BLE articulated buses joined the Sydney Buses fleet, increasing capacity along many of our busy corridors.

The buses feature air-conditioning, large electronic destination displays and cloth seating. Additionally, each bus features a stepless entry, which will assist less-mobile passengers. Flip-up seats in the front part of the bus allow easy accommodation for passengers in wheelchairs and with strollers and prams.

Nineteen of the Volvo articulated buses operate on the Route 333 Prepay Only service to Bondi Beach and North Bondi, providing a frequent, high-capacity route along Oxford Street and Bondi Road.

Two of the buses are part of the metrobus fleet, and feature a revised interior layout.
